Collaborations

River Roads Artisans Gallery

features a show of "Collaborations"

Open House Thursday June 5, 2008, 5-7:00 p.m.

Visit the River Roads Artisans Gallery to see the collaborative works of artists teaming together for the creation of new products! In the month of June, we will honor the cooperation that we observe in many of our members by drawing your attention to those items that are made by 2 or more people working together.

See the brush-stroked "face plates" made by ceramicist, Amber Lambke, and painter, Abby Shahn, who meet every Monday to work together in Lambke's pottery studio. Try on one of the exquisite hand-made wool felt and leather tote bags made by Heather Kerner, felt-maker from Canaan, and Marcia O'Connell, leather worker from Etna. Come see these, and more handmade works from some of Maine's finest craftspeople!

Hours: Wed. and Sat. 10-5
Thurs. and Fri. 10-6
